Ujjwall Uppuluri is the CEO and Founder of Golden Spark Capital Merchant Banking Group, bringing a wealth of experience in policy, trade, and data infrastructure. A former International Economist at the U.S. International Trade Administration and International Trade Analyst at DHS/CBP, Ujjwall has specialized in tariff policy, free trade agreements, and economic modeling. His leadership in a major U.S. government modernization project transformed legacy trade data into actionable insights used by thousands of exporters. With a Master’s degree from the London School of Economics, Ujjwall combines expertise in econometrics, forecasting, and program management to deliver innovative, data-driven solutions. His cross-sector background includes roles in government, finance (J.P. Morgan), and international development, where he has consistently turned complex data into actionable strategy.
